My life after Sykes…….. Wonderful! I manage my own call center now, servicing five accounts (1 australian and 4 american)…. sounds big huh? well not really, I turned 1 of the bedroom in the house into a call center (home base that is). It’s kinda lonely at times, you don’t get to talk to anyone while working, but I have total control over my work activities, I can go on mute whenever I want without a pesky team leader wannabe barking down on my twinkies. No QA monitz, no shitty side be side, no weekly deliverables, don’t have to do no ASPIRE and best of all no ass kissing activity…. now that is life after Sykes

It’s a 5 storey building equipt with a state of the art communication system and uses the most advance in security system combining retinal scan and voice recognition. Not using platform or a cubicle as call station, everyone is being provided with their spacious office…… WOW!
truth is….. nasa condo ako using a desktop with a crappy wi-tribe internet connection (kainis na service) with mga mamang sekyu roaming around the condo for security… then converted a small 6 x 12 feet room (nandito din sa room mga cabinet and drawers)….. medyo boring pero I’m happy with it…..
